Hi, I’m the founder of Shift Change Nursing Careers — a Nurse Practitioner, MBA graduate, nurse educator, and mentor passionate about helping nurses grow into careers they truly love.

After more than 10 years in nursing and advanced practice, I pursued my MBA because I wanted to better understand leadership, strategy, and the decisions shaping healthcare and the nursing profession. While exploring different career paths, I realized my greatest fulfillment wasn’t in stepping away from nurses — it was in continuing to support, mentor, and empower them in a bigger way. No matter where my career evolved, my passion for mentoring nurses and helping them grow professionally always remained at the center of it.

Combining my clinical experience with the leadership perspective I gained through my MBA ultimately inspired me to create Shift Change Nursing Careers.

I’ve always believed that nurses deserve more support, guidance, and access to career development resources. My goal is to help nurses confidently navigate career growth, professional transitions, and new opportunities through practical tools, mentorship, and coaching.

This business was built by a nurse, for nurses.
